Even Ace turned to her in order to learn some manners before he could give his thanks to Shanks. She also gave Luffy food when he was a kid, thus, she served as the Ichiraku ramen guy namely Teuchi from Naruto for him. As mentioned earlier, she was very fond of Luffy and always supported his dreams. Makino is a well-known character around her village and is a kind woman by nature. Makino may not have a lot of screen time in the anime, but she is one of the best female characters in One Piece. She was seen as a close friend of Shanks and was a mother/ sister-like figure in Luffy’s life. And for those who forgot, Foosha Village is the hometown of our Luffy. She owns a bar known as Partys Bar and serves as the bartender in the Foosha Village. Makino-san is one of the first characters introduced in the show (debuted in chapter 1). She is a well-written character because, despite her traumas and hardships, she overcame them and is now fighting with the Revolutionary Army against injustice and oppression. She became a Fish-Man Karate assistant instructor and is now one of the highest-ranking officers in the organization. Koala made the decision to enlist in the Revolutionary Army at the age of 14 despite her traumatic history. She was severely traumatized while she was a slave, as was evident when she boarded the ship of the Sun Pirates. This was a huge turning point in her life, which led to her becoming one of the best female characters in One Piece.

When Koala was a young child, she was kidnapped and sold to the Celestial Dragons as a slave. She is a well-respected woman on Fishman Island and in the One Piece community. Even as she was dying, she implored her children not to have any ill will toward Jones, demonstrating her compassion. She worked relentlessly for the benefit of her people before being assassinated by Hody Jones. With her advanced form of observation haki, she could also grasp the true emotions of everyone around her (emotion sensing). Otohime was one of the nicest people we have ever met in the anime. She desired to unify both species and to relocate them from their undersea lands to the higher surface. She was a political activist from Fishman Island who worked tirelessly to bring Humans and Fish-men together in harmony, including Merfolks. Otohime is unquestionably one of the best-written characters in the One Piece series. She was King Neptune’s wife and mother to Shirahoshi, Fukaboshi, Ryuboshi, and Manboshi. Otohime was the late Ryugu Kingdom queen.
